Thank you for shopping with us. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will ship.

Order Processing

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days.
  • Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout and a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping Options and Delivery Times

  • United States (Standard Shipping): 5–8 business days after dispatch.
  • International (Standard International): 6–12 business days after dispatch.

Notes

  • Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin after your order has shipped, not from the date of purchase.
  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
  • During peak seasons, sales, or unforeseen carrier delays, delivery may take longer.

Shipping Addresses

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address provided.

International Shipping, Duties, and Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, VAT, or import taxes, which are assessed by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.
  • We cannot control or predict these charges or delays caused by customs.

Undeliverable or Refused Shipments

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, we can reship the order once the address is confirmed; additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated window, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the stated delivery date. We will open an inquiry with the carrier and assist with a replacement or refund as appropriate.
  • Damage claims: Please include photos of the packaging and the item.

Order Changes and Cancellations

  • We can accommodate address changes or cancellations only before your order has shipped
  • Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Holiday Shipping

  • To receive orders before major holidays, place your order early. Carrier cutoffs vary and are beyond our control.
